Quality Assurance Expert

The Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee inbound and outbound interactions, evaluating customer experiences. They will assess associates' technical accuracy, customer service performance, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate each interaction from 1 to 5 in various KPIs: communication, approach, resolution correctness, areas for improvement, and information recall.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and provide feedback to team members.
  • Deliver written feedback to clients in real-time, with prior approval.
  • Develop and manage a QA scorecard form, based on the provided Excel template.
  • Create a QA score dashboard to visualize team performance and progress.
  • Participate in regular calls to discuss AE scores, trends, and suggestions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of Quality Assurance experience.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and organize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
  • Trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Home Office Requirements:
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps postpaid). Provide a screenshot of a speed test.
  • Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or above.
  • Noise Cancelling Headset.
  • Backup Internet Connection and Power Outage Backup.
  • Dual Monitor.
