Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leasing, tenant relations, and market research. They will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants.

  • Leasing & Tenant Relations:
  • Identify and engage prospective tenants through targeted marketing efforts
  • Negotiate lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract tenants
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to management
  • Lease Administration & Documentation:
  • Support asset managers in preparing and reviewing lease agreements
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease compliance
  • Maintain accurate leasing records

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments and external partners.

The ideal candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience in leasing, tenant relations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
