Job Summary:

The Leasing Officer is responsible for lead generation, business development, client negotiations, and broker relations to secure office and industrial leases.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various advertisement channels, networking events, and broker relationships.

  • Respond to client inquiries and manage potential leasing opportunities.

  • Conduct presentations, negotiate lease terms, and prepare proposals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address lessee concerns and operational issues.

  • Oversee client management, ensuring smooth relations with existing accounts.

  • Support financial projections, marketing strategies, and product development.

  • Perform market research, monitor industry trends, and contribute to business planning.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any business-related course or similar studies.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in leasing, selling, and customer service, preferably from a commercial leasing management company.

  • Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills.
