Job Description
A key role has become available within our office, focusing on Tenant Representation. This position will provide an experienced leasing professional the opportunity to continue their development within a dynamic organisation.

We are seeking a skilled individual to provide strategic leasing and marketing services to our office property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with tenants, property agencies and related parties, handling leasing transactions, maintaining existing relationships with business partners and developing new business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Negotiate leasing agreements with tenants and property agencies.
  • Monitor departmental performance and ensure profitability aligns with business plans.
  • Proactively identify business development opportunities and initiate activities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Office Head to design and implement business plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field is essential. In addition, you should possess at least eight years of experience in Commercial Leasing, demonstrating strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills. A broad understanding of the commercial market and the ability to work independently are also required.
