Operations Strategy Executive

We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive our operations strategy, leveraging their expertise in business operations and corporate functions.

  • This role will be a key member of our senior executive team, responsible for implementing and communicating the operations strategy to meet delivery objectives.
  • The successful candidate will lead teams focused on workforce management, training, quality, and delivery excellence, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • We seek an individual with proven skills in general management, ability to inspire and drive organizational agenda, and knowledge of business strategy for long-term planning and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with adaptability to change and ability to manage through complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with experience in MNC's and large BPO services firms.
  • Proven track record of driving transformational programs, optimizing operations with controls, compliance, risk mitigation, efficiency, and automation.

  • Experience in managing global teams and driving enterprise-scale initiatives.
