Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team as an AU Accountant. This role involves maintaining and managing precise financial records, encompassing accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Australian payroll processing, utilizing accounting software like MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks, coupled with knowledge of AU payroll-specific software.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while exhibiting strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and external entities.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of Php35,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and managing accurate financial records
  • Executing payroll processing for large accounts using Australian payroll systems
  • Preparing and submitting BAS (Business Activity Statement)
  • Conducting reconciliations of payroll and financial data
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
  • Engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders


Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification is advantageous.
