Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Real-Time Analyst. This individual will be responsible for analyzing data in real-time to drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience working in a call center environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with MS Excel and other data analysis tools
