Work Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced employee relations professional to join our team. As a key member of the human resources function, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, administering policies, procedures, and programs to drive employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations, including administering policies, procedures, and programs to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the business to provide specialist coaching, support, and influence to enable the delivery of people plans.
  • Develop effective relationships with management, influence decisions, and implement HR strategies in support of the business area.
  • Support Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Development, Employee Relations, and Discipline by communicating with agents and associates in the assigned business units.
  • Foster an employee-friendly environment that supports goals and recognizes individual contributions.
  • Coordinate with managers on movement of employees (promotion, layoff, transfer, resignation, etc.).
  • Conduct exit interviews, employee surveys, and focus group discussions; coordinate Employee Engagement activities.
  • Manage employee relations by building management capability and improving consultation effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or advanced training.
  • 3+ years of related HR experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and related standards.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills; good listening and communication abilities.
  • People-oriented, able to work under pressure, and proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
