
Executive Support Specialist

This role requires an expert with a combination of talent development skills and deep understanding of executive support dynamics to maximize placement success rates for assistants and clients through comprehensive assessment, training, and interview preparation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal matches between assistants and clients by evaluating candidates' skills, competencies, and readiness for support roles; conducting thorough assessments to identify strengths and areas for development; providing targeted skill-building recommendations based on assessment results.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment & Development: Evaluate assistant candidates' skills, competencies, and readiness for support roles.
- Interview Preparation & Coaching: Conduct mock interviews and provide targeted feedback; coach assistants on professional presentation, communication skills, and value articulation.
- Training Program Development & Delivery: Create and facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops; design realistic simulations to test problem-solving, multitasking, and client interaction skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or talent development.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a VA/EA working with US clients.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Discord, and Slack for training delivery and coordination.
- Exceptional presentation skills; knowledge of Google Slides, Canva, and related software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide context and consider audience impact.
- Flexibility and adaptability to step into various training scenarios.
- Strong rapport-building skills with trainees and team members.
- Ability to maintain high training standards under short-notice circumstances.
- Clear and effective communication across different audiences.
