About this role:

Renewal Portfolio Manager

This position focuses on managing customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software asset management, CPQ quoting, and license auditing to ensure accuracy when engaging with Fortune 500 procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including owned assets, revenue models, and contract details.
  • Work closely with sales teams, professional services, and technical support to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and take appropriate action to prevent churn.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships through regular communication, identifying key stakeholders, and providing proactive solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, or Sales Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with Privilege Access Service solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with complex clients.
