Financial Portfolio Manager

This is a pivotal role in building and refining financial models to inform budgets and forecasts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance portfolio-level financial models to drive strategic decision-making.
- Produce project-level budget-to-actual variance analysis and communicate findings to operational teams.
- Identify and investigate underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets, leading to actionable recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive reporting packages for investors and lenders.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery of key alerts and mitigate operational risk.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating complex information.
