Our organization is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated property management professional to support our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The role involves providing administrative support, handling tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Support: Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and repairs by communicating with vendors, scheduling appointments, and following up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Lease Administration: Assist with lease administration, including drafting agreements, collecting payments, and managing renewals.
  • Tenant Screening: Conduct thorough screenings, including background checks and reference verification, to ensure high-quality tenants.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, including agreements, payments, and maintenance requests, using software or other relevant tools.
  • Lease Enforcement: Monitor and enforce lease terms and property rules, addressing any violations or breaches in a timely manner.
  • Move-In/Move-Out Processes: Assist with move-in and move-out processes, conducting property inspections, documenting condition reports, and managing security deposit refunds.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports, including financial statements, occupancy reports, and maintenance summaries.
  • Marketing Support: Support marketing efforts by creating listings, managing online platforms, and conducting showings (virtual or in-person) as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and exceptional tenant experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Professional and customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
