Customer Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries across various platforms, including chat, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues efficiently.
  • Utilize translation tools effectively to support non-English speaking clients.
  • Provide clear instructions and solutions in a friendly, patient, and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement purposes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer or technical support (remote or on-site).
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal); additional languages are an asset.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
  • Confidence in using and switching between support systems and translation functionalities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure.
  • A reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in tech or SaaS customer support.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Previous remote work experience in a 24/7 support structure.
