Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to drive our investment activities in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and early-stage funding mechanisms, combined with a passion for renewable energy and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment & Portfolio Management Activities (60%)
    • Analyze and manage impact data from portfolio companies to measure progress against sustainability metrics
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned portfolio companies
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies to accelerate their growth
    • Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities across the climate tech ecosystem in Southeast Asia
  • Investor Relations (20%)
    • Support communication and engagements with current and prospective limited partners
    • Support the development of fundraising materials and pitch decks for future funds
    • Assist in preparing quarterly reports and updates for limited partners
    • Help maintain strong relationships with the investor community
  • Fund Operations (20%)
    • Contribute to the fund's overall investment strategy and thesis development
    • Collaborate with team members to refine investment processes and workflows
    • Stay current on market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, with Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and startup ecosystem in Southeast Asia
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem partners
  • Prior experience in climate tech, renewable energy, circular economy, or related sectors
  • Experience working with impact measurement frameworks
  • Network within the startup and investment community in Southeast Asia
