Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime.

You will work closely with development teams, product management, and other stakeholders to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall quality of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to reproduce and resolve enquiries
  • Provide technical support through Zendesk, JIRA, and phone channels
  • Identify fixes and develop code
  • Configure servers and networks in the Cloud
  • Update database records to keep client records up-to-date
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Software Engineer
  • Strong academic foundation from reputable universities
  • Demonstrated track record in well-established or recognized organizations
  • Experience with JavaScript tech stack (Node, NestJS, React, Vue)
  • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS)
  • Bitbucket and GitHub CI/CD knowledge
  • Proficiency in reading logs (e.g., Splunk)
