Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist
Job Role Overview:

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruiting process from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to onboarding hires. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with the TA Manager and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Pre-Screening: Utilize various recruitment strategies to identify top talent and conduct thorough background checks to ensure candidate fit.
  • Recruiting Operations: Provide timely updates to applicants and internal stakeholders regarding the status of each application and onboard new hires efficiently.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with standard US recruitment processes and maintain accurate records throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Site Communication: Effectively communicate with assigned sites regarding show-up information for invited candidates.
  • Workflow Management: Monitor adherence to sourcing workflows and provide feedback to address any work process-related issues or concerns.
  • Special Projects: Execute projects as required by management.
  • Productivity Reporting: Submit daily productivity reports to the HR TA Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including applicants, colleagues, and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in maintaining records, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Service Orientation: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of HR software packages.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the Recruiting domain.
