The position of Transformation Solutions Specialist is pivotal in the implementation and integration of cutting-edge technology solutions. This role focuses on streamlining hospital and professional fee front-end patient access workflows, as well as patient accounting and denials management processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in thorough assessment meetings to develop design documentation, incorporating best practices from the solution suite.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation project.
  • Translate Visio documentation into logical code structures (if this then that…).
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present supporting data-driven recommendations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients utilizing the solution suite post-deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather technical documentation of issues to ensure accurate programming rules and actions.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post-go-live deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to comprehend complex software applications.
  • Proven capability with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server, with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision.
