Key Project Role:

This is a critical position for an experienced professional who can effectively manage end-to-end projects, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.

  • Take charge of the overall project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, and closure to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a vital link between stakeholders and cross-functional teams by capturing detailed requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to document processes, identify gaps, and develop effective solutions that drive business growth.
  • Lead project teams using Agile methodologies, including managing Kanban boards, facilitating ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Agile project management and a deep understanding of customer-facing processes. They will also exhibit exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects, preferably within a customer-centric organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to manage software development lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, and work with customer-facing systems and enterprise applications.
  • Certifications and Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
