Customer Success Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and driving long-term growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Handoff: Send initial setup forms, schedule kickoff meetings, ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery, and establish clear success metrics.
  • Ongoing Relationship Management: Serve as primary post-sale contact, conduct regular check-ins, track customer health metrics, and proactively identify risks.
  • Advocacy & Marketing Support: Identify customer case studies, coordinate PR and joint marketing opportunities, and encourage customers to submit reviews.
About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in a B2B environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
