Account Rehabilitation Specialist

A highly skilled Account Rehabilitation Specialist is required to manage non-performing loans accounts, mitigating and reducing bank defaults through timely loan restructures, litigation processes, and other mediums of loan rehabilitation, recovery, and collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate borrowers' financial and debt service capacities, reasons for loan delinquency, quality of loan documentation, and credit files.
  • Obtain, monitor, and update client documents and reports required for assessment and review of the account.
  • Formulate scenarios for immediate resolution of assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate with clients an acceptable repayment program and set terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Team player with a passion for staying well-versed in banking and sales procedures within their business unit.
  • Banking experience preferably in lending, account management, remedial management, and/or credit analysis.
