Real Estate Collection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Real Estate Collection Specialist. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills in English, experience using QuickBooks, and the ability to professionally handle collections calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make calls to customers to collect overdue payments and update payment statuses
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Analyze Accounts Receivable data to identify overdue accounts and prioritize follow-ups
  • Record collection efforts in a spreadsheet
  • Follow up with customers flagged for aging outstanding balances
  • Collaborate with the finance team to report progress and issues
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (experience managing AR reports)
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable is beneficial
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions
