Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This compensation package reflects the importance of this role in driving business outcomes and the value we place on attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Description

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Financial and Accounting functions of our organization. This includes managing financial planning and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and leading cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Accounting Control and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial recording, maintain proper accounting controls, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Tax Management and Reporting: Manage tax planning, preparation, and submission of tax returns, and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial analysis, management reporting, and decision-making processes, and provide guidance on financial matters to other departments.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop high-performing finance teams, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and promote continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, directors, and department heads, to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive informed decision-making.
  • A proven track record of driving business outcomes, improving financial performance, and enhancing operational efficiency.
