About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Professional to drive growth and expand our client base in the US.

You will play a crucial role in developing and executing business strategies, establishing new client relationships, and nurturing existing ones. Your goal is to generate revenue and achieve business targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the recruitment market.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephone screening and assessments to shortlist candidate profiles for review.
  • Candidate coaching and leadership throughout the hiring process.
  • Pursue new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
  • Sales presentations and contract negotiations to win new business.
  • Business development and marketing to establish relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Reference checks on candidates.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2 – 3 years of recruitment experience from reputable firms or multinational corporations.
  • Cold calling and headhunting skills to target top talents.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • In-depth recruitment knowledge and understanding of various methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated and target-oriented individual able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and business tools.
  • A high energy, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
