Product Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to lead our IT product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. GTM Strategy Development: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for IT product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.
  2. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  3. Customer Segmentation: Build and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging.
  4. Sales Enablement: Create and enhance sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, whitepapers).
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and be able to develop effective marketing strategies that drive business results. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business goals by developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
