As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your expertise will be utilized to directly source candidates, screen applicants, and guide Hiring Managers through the shortlist process. You will also be responsible for managing applications, maintaining ATS systems, and staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality sourcing and hiring results for manufacturing roles, focusing on client satisfaction and candidate experience.
  • Develop project strategies, including employer branding, sourcing channels, assessment, and onboarding elements, to ensure successful talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive business growth and success.
  • Create and post job adverts using company brand guidelines, showcasing company culture and values.
  • Directly source and headhunt suitable candidates, screen applicants, and present shortlists to relevant decision-makers.
  • Guide Hiring Managers through the shortlist process, ensuring a professional and candidate-centric approach.
Requirements
  • Japanese talent acquisition experience is essential, highlighting this in your application.
  • Experience in hiring for manufacturing roles is critical, with a proven track record of closing requisitions efficiently.
  • Utilize and maintain ATS systems, ensuring seamless recruitment processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and relevant business data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, inspiring colleagues and clients to grow the business.
  • Fluency in Japanese is desirable, with English proficiency required for global communication.
