Job Title

Training and Support Specialist is a vital role that requires effective communication, coaching, and training skills.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in training, preferably in lead gen, sales, technical support, or customer support.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  2. Conduct new hire orientations, process and product training, and guide employees through onboarding, skill enhancement, and transitioning to independent work.
  3. Provide real-time feedback, personalized coaching, and technical support to employees, including team leads progressing through leadership levels.
  4. Monitor training effectiveness, analyze insights, and recommend program enhancements to align with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
