Training Facilitator

The Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering training modules and running classes for team members. This role requires a leader with a passion to help people learn, utilizing creative teaching techniques to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive training to new and existing employees
  • Develop and deliver training plans and curriculum to classes of up to 25 people
  • Design and implement various teaching methods to engage learners
  • Assist with quality monitoring, feedback, and coaching
  • Maintain accurate reporting on training progress, effectiveness, and areas for improvement
  • Stay informed about current client products and services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to apply them to a training curriculum
  • Three years of previous contact center experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and interact with team members at various position levels
