You will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by researching and building targeted lead lists, executing email marketing campaigns, and conducting outbound sales calls.
Responsibilities:- Develop high-quality targeted lists utilizing tools like Apollo for efficient lead generation.
- Maintain targeted lead lists through thorough research and data analysis.
- Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads and set appointments through professional outbound sales calls.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Establish strong relationships with potential clients to support long-term business growth.
- Manage CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and maintain accurate data records.
- Provide detailed follow-ups and reporting on leads and progress to the management team.
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales is highly desirable.
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Excel for tracking leads and performance.
- Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and phone presence.
- Ability to develop lead lists through research and identify key target markets.
- Comfort with cold calling and engaging with potential clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to track multiple leads and projects.
- Technical proficiency to manage lead lists, campaign data, and CRM input.
- Personality traits: outgoing, confident, self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
