Administrative Operations Support Roles play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of organisations, facilitating seamless communication and workflow between departments.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Operations Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling a variety of administrative and support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email or in-person
- Manage Accounts Receivables, ensuring timely payment from clients
- Process orders, maintain accurate records, and handle inquiries
- Assist with procurement activities, including data analysis and PO generation
- Support HR administration, maintaining employee records and benefits
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a call-based customer service role
- Previous data entry experience is ideal
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or SAP) is preferable
- Fluent English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
