We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a People and Culture Manager, you will play a vital part in shaping our people strategies and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligning people strategies with commercial business goals
  • Leading talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives
  • Supporting recruitment efforts to attract top commercial talents
  • Driving performance management and leadership development programs
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with policies and laws
  • Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless support
  • Lead HR support for transformation programs including organizational redesign, workforce planning, and capability building
  • Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years supporting commercial or sales teams as HR Business/People Partner
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and business acumen
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting business transformation or operating model shifts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Resilient, agile, and comfortable navigating change
  • Passionate about people and driving business growth
