Job Overview

This role presents an opportunity to join a dynamic team as a key contributor in the sourcing and administration of talent for various teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, good communication skills at all levels, and a strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, SharePoint, and oracle.

This position requires collaboration with the talent acquisition/recruitment team to support the end-to-end talent process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Posting advertisements on relevant social media and job boards to promote live vacancies.
  • Monitoring and generating reports to track hiring activity through recruitment tools/systems.
  • Supporting bespoke campaigns to address equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and referral activity.
  • Providing training to new team members on the use of recruitment systems.
  • Merging data stored outside of recruitment systems into standard reports.
  • Assisting the recruitment team during recruitment fairs.
  • Offering first-line support to applicants and managers, responding promptly to queries.
  • Arranging interviews, booking rooms, and preparing supporting paperwork and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous administration experience in a recruitment team, good knowledge of using applicant tracking systems, SharePoint, and oracle, and a basic understanding of data storage outside of recruitment systems.
