Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from preparing and posting job ads to screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring Coordination: Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment Department on all hiring activities.
  • Candidate Communication: Respond to recruitment-related emails and candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
  • Skills: Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Other Requirements: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and available for full-time work.
