Job Overview

Paid Training - Chat Support Agent Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to provide essential information and assistance to clients.
  • Review mail, fax, and internet correspondence to offer customer support.
  • Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
  • Answer participant questions and engage in discussions to understand critical information requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Open to candidates who have completed college, no prior experience necessary.
  • High school and senior high school graduates with BPO experience are also welcome.
  • Excellent English communication skills are a must.
  • BPO experience is beneficial but not required.
  • On-site work arrangements are available for suitable candidates.
  • Preference given to candidates within a 25km to 35km radius.
