Paid Training - Chat Support Agent Role
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls to provide essential information and assistance to clients.
- Review mail, fax, and internet correspondence to offer customer support.
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Answer participant questions and engage in discussions to understand critical information requirements.
- Open to candidates who have completed college, no prior experience necessary.
- High school and senior high school graduates with BPO experience are also welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills are a must.
- BPO experience is beneficial but not required.
- On-site work arrangements are available for suitable candidates.
- Preference given to candidates within a 25km to 35km radius.
