
Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and complaints in a fair and effective manner.
Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch service, addressing billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints with the goal of identifying upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively.
- Providing product and service information to customers and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Recommending and implementing programs to support customer needs.
You will be expected to:
- To document conversations between customer service representatives and customers accurately through RightNow tool.
- To develop and maintain positive working relationships with all contacts, both internal and external, to promote customer satisfaction and maximize individual and team performance.
- To provide technical expertise for electronic products and solutions across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess analytical skills. They should be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, work well as a team member, and work independently.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a customer service field or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of college education and one year of customer service experience in a contact center environment or equivalent training.
