Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in addressing complex customer challenges with creative solutions and driving process improvements. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with customers, providing value throughout the partnership, and retaining long-term relationships through proactive account management.

  • Lead all post-sales activities for our customers through relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within our organization, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a consistent and strong customer message.
  • Develop a positive, trusted relationship with customers by providing value and driving incremental growth.
  • Manage customer escalations by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings, and working towards resolution.
  • Track accounts to identify churn risks and work proactively to mitigate those risks.

Required Skills

  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success or a related field.
  • Experience working with telecommunication or SaaS providers preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track multiple details.
  • A passion for delivering top-notch account management and driving business growth.
