This position involves interacting with customers via call, email, and chat to resolve product or service issues and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve customer issues by accurately understanding their concerns.
- Determine the root cause of problems, select the best solution, and explain it to the customer.
- Answer questions or concerns about products or services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using available tools.
- Process customer orders and purchases of products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update customer information in the database during and after each interaction.
- Adhere to client and industry guidelines when handling sensitive customer information.
- Follow internal guidelines and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Establish positive relationships with customers and adhere to established work schedules.
- Contribute to feedback on notable customer concerns and participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
- Support account trainings and upskill trainings to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
- Be receptive to changes in company policies and procedures.
- At least Senior High School graduate (or equivalent) or a vocational degree.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer navigation and MS Office application skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
