Business Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You possess at least 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, and business development.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving targets and managing key accounts.
  • You are self-motivated, results-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling materials, identification, or printing products.
  • Familiarity with printing technologies and system integration.
