We're looking for a dedicated Solar Electrical Technician to join our team, where you'll play a key role in installing, maintaining, and supporting solar energy systems while helping clients understand the benefits of going solar.

Note: Must possess a valid motorcycle license and be able to drive.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain Solar Systems: Ensure our systems run smoothly through regular maintenance and troubleshooting, keeping energy flow efficient and clients satisfied.
  • Inspect Systems: Conduct thorough inspections to keep systems in top shape, proactively identifying issues and meeting all local safety standards.
  • Install & Coordinate: Take the lead or support on installations, safely setting up solar panels, inverters, and electrical components for seamless, project-aligned results.
  • Engage with Clients: Support customers by providing clear guidance on system operations and maintenance, ensuring they feel confident in their investment.
  • Support Sales Efforts: Share your knowledge with potential clients, highlighting the benefits of solar energy and helping them find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Conduct Site Assessments: Visit potential installation sites, assess feasibility, and offer informed recommendations on design and system specifications.
  • Document Technically: Keep accurate, up-to-date records on maintenance, installations, and repairs to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Client-Focused Communication: Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring they receive timely responses and support.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to keep our team and clients safe on every project.
