
Senior Sales Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Professional to drive expansion of our loyalty program.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a comprehensive outreach strategy, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Actively identify and qualify new partnership opportunities within the market.
- Proactively follow up on all leads and potential partners to nurture relationships.
- Lead discovery calls and negotiations to convert qualified leads into signed partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed set targets for partner acquisition and revenue growth.
- Proven end-to-end sales experience with a strong track record as a "closer".
- Demonstrated experience handling discovery calls and managing a full sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Competitive OTE (On-Target Earnings)
