Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our accounting and external reporting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

  • Support all accounting and external reporting matters including U.S. GAAP reporting, statutory financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and KPIs.
  • Drive business performance by providing reliable and timely financial information critical for sound decision making.
  • Provide insights into balance sheet movements and cash flow, and ensure account reconciliations are signed off.
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in the country and ensure full compliance with our policies.
  • Perform moderately complex analysis of performance results as requested.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in accounting and external reporting (AER) including understanding of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, close processes, and financial reporting systems.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business and finance beyond the AER scope.
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering and communication skills.
  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify strategic opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • INTEGRITY and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies.
