About the role

LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team in Legazpi City, Albay. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and solutions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our End-of-Day (EOD) processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure supporting our EOD operations, including servers, networks, and security systems
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing any issues or disruptions that arise during EOD processes
  3. Implement and monitor security measures to protect our systems and data from cyber threats
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for EOD workflows
  5. Participate in the development and documentation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  6. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance our EOD capabilities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the Networks & Systems Administration industry
  2. Strong technical skills in managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
  3. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to streamline IT operations
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
  6. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement to stay relevant in the rapidly evolving IT landscape
