Job Title:

Accelerating Growth Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Lead to develop and scale initiatives that attract top founders in Southeast Asia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, growing, and scaling initiatives with little limitation on format or scope.

  • Create new initiatives that drive growth and innovation.
  • Expand and improve existing initiatives post-launch.
  • Scale successful initiatives by iterating and building teams.
  • Discontinue initiatives that do not show growth with clear rationale.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing Initiatives: The ideal candidate will have experience in developing initiatives that drive growth and innovation. They should be able to create new initiatives with little limitation on format or scope.

Scaling Initiatives: The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and improving existing initiatives post-launch. They should be able to iterate and build teams to scale the initiatives.

Decision Making: The candidate should be able to make data-driven decisions and prioritize understanding others.

  • Startup Experience: The candidate should have experience working in startups or early-stage growth roles.
  • Generalist Skills: The ideal candidate should be a versatile generalist capable of strategic planning and execution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Resourcefulness: The candidate should be resourceful and able to work independently.
