The role requires an experienced professional to scale our creator and partner ecosystem. This involves launching and managing TikTok Shop, setting up listings, payouts, and workflows, as well as developing commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
A key responsibility will be launching Spark Ads from top-performing user-generated content, testing hooks/angles, and scaling winning campaigns. Collaboration with designers is also necessary to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
Another important task will be managing and scaling affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms. This includes recruiting, activating, and retaining high-performing affiliates across YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
The specialist must design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales. Accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards are essential, with performance reporting required weekly.
Beyond this, the role demands building and managing a central hub for affiliates and creators, keeping partners engaged through campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
Effective outreach and relationship-building skills are crucial in sourcing, vetting, and briefing creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials. Categorizing user-generated content (problem-solution, testimonial, demo) and repurposing it across ads, product descriptions pages, email, and social media is also necessary.
Lastly, collaboration with the CEO and Growth team is vital to align goals, budgets, and timelines. SOPs must be built and refined for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles. Insights and actionable growth reports should be shared with leadership weekly.
Requirements include 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing, preferably with TikTok Shop/Seller Center setup and scaling. Proficiency in ShareASale, UpPromote (or similar), and knowledge of designing incentives, tiers, and contests that drive revenue is also expected.
Outreach and communication skills must be effective (TikTok & YouTube), nurturing relationships, and keeping creators/affiliates engaged. The specialist should be data-driven, comfortable with UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.
Authentic communication, execution speed, and ownership of outcomes with minimal hand-holding are mandatory.
