About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Build and manage an affiliate marketing program, collaborating with influencers and creators to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using both inbound and outbound strategies, working closely with sales and product teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Grow and engage brand communities across social platforms, fostering authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitor and optimize programmatic display, video, and native ad campaigns for ROI through DSP platforms.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and managing influencer partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
