Product Strategist Job Description

This key role involves leading product development from start to finish. Collaborating with cross-functional teams ensures the product aligns with business objectives and drives innovation for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure clear requirements and understanding.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of the product, track metrics to measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
