Commerce Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commerce Strategist to lead our TikTok Shop marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute ROI-focused affiliate marketing strategies, with a focus on scaling e-commerce results across multiple accounts.
  • Manage relationships with affiliates and influencers to amplify brand visibility and sales through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creators and influencers to produce engaging, on-brand content tailored to TikTok's platform.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including ROI, traffic, and sales, to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • 1+ year managing TikTok Shop marketing for multiple brands.
  • Agency experience is required, with a history of managing multiple accounts and working cross-functionally.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok's platform, trends, and user behavior, including the Creator Marketplace and e-commerce features.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
