Technical Support Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our technical support team as a trainee. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnostics and resolution of technical issues reported by clients via various channels.
  • Collaboration with senior support staff to troubleshoot complex software and hardware problems.
  • Assisting clients in navigating products, providing clear instructions and guidance in a user-friendly manner.
  • Documentation and maintenance of detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Participation in training sessions to enhance technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
  • Contribution to the development of support resources, such as knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
  • Development of effective communication skills to deliver technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
