Procurement Specialist

As a key member of the operations team, this role is responsible for executing procurement strategies to support our vessels and enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue purchase orders for materials and services;
- Source items from suppliers through thorough research of supply options;
- Coordinate logistics of material or parts for repair up to their final destination;
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders and related files;
- Develop and maintain regular progress reports on all procurement initiatives;
- Ensure adherence to prescribed guidelines and procedures outlined in the Procurement Manual;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess an Associate's Degree in Technical education or have equivalent technical trading experience, coupled with strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work effectively as a team member.
Preferred Skills:
Candidates with skills in Communication, Teamwork, and Contract Management will be highly valued.
