Job Title: Financial Procurement Specialist

Purchasing and Accounts Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of procurement processes and accurate financial management.

This position is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Purchasing: Source and manage suppliers to meet business needs, negotiate contracts, and oversee order processing.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Evaluate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage contract agreements, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Accounts Management: Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of purchases, contracts, and financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounts management.
  • Strong understanding of financial software, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal teams.
