Procurement Specialist Role

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly skilled procurement specialist with extensive experience in government contracting.

This individual will lead and manage the bidding process for U.S. government contracts, requiring a deep understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.

Key responsibilities include analyzing government solicitations to identify opportunities aligned with company offerings, preparing and submitting competitive bids and proposals while ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), conducting cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies.

The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams to gather input and create accurate and compelling proposals, liaise with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and strengthen business relationships, track bid status, conduct post-bid evaluations, and implement lessons learned to improve future outcomes.

Qualifications required include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, particularly in service apartment rentals or pest control, strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes, and expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.

A comprehensive knowledge of government contracting platforms and industry regulations is also essential for success in this role.
